Hand at an industrial control panel on a commercial heating unit
Remote climate control & monitoring

Multiple sites on one dashboard, before the truck rolls.

Troubleshooting and setpoint control without a site visit, so a dispatch happens when it is actually needed.

Remotely maintaining comfort for your properties should not be complex or expensive, and we believe you deserve to be in control.

Who this is for

Maintenance / facility manager
You cannot be at every site
A complaint at a building an hour away currently costs a drive to find out what is wrong. Remote visibility turns some of those trips into a setpoint change.
Director of facilities
You are paying for avoidable dispatches
A proportion of reactive calls are resolved without a part. Seeing the unit before dispatching means the truck goes out when the truck is what is needed.
What's included
Multiple sites on one dashboard
A portfolio view rather than a separate system and a separate login per building.
Troubleshooting before dispatch
Look at the unit first, so a call-out is a decision rather than a default.
Setpoint control without a site visit
Change what needs changing remotely, including out of hours.
Process and comfort equipment both
For industrial sites, monitoring on the units that stop the line, not only on comfort cooling.

The statuses this page is about

Monitoring is how the top three rows stay honest between visits. Equipment drifting out of normal operation shows up as behaviour before it shows up as a failure.

Questions we get

Does this need new equipment?
It depends what controls are already on the units. The assessment records what is there, which is what determines whether monitoring is a configuration change or a hardware one.
Who can see the dashboard?
You can. The intent is that you are in control rather than dependent on us to tell you what your own buildings are doing.
Does remote monitoring replace site visits?
No. It reduces the visits that turn out to be unnecessary and makes the ones that do happen better informed.
Does it work across a mixed estate?
Mixed equipment across buildings of different ages is the normal case. What varies is how much of it can be reached remotely, which the assessment establishes site by site.

You can either plan your HVAC costs, or your HVAC system will plan them for you.
