Rabine technician at a rooftop York unit
24/7 service & reactive repairs

Equipment still fails. Every repair should tell you something.

Round-the-clock response, with the repair history and cost tracked against the unit so it feeds the next capital plan.

In addition to 24/7 response, we utilize industry-leading software to track repair history and costs on equipment to provide powerful ROI data when deciding whether repair or replacement is the right choice.

Who this is for

Maintenance / facility manager
You are the one who gets the call
You need someone to answer at 2am and you need them to know the building. A crew working from an existing equipment record does not start by asking what is on your roof.
Director of facilities
You want the pattern, not the invoice
One emergency repair is an expense. The same unit repaired three times is information, and it only becomes visible if every call is logged against the unit rather than against the month.
What's included
Round-the-clock emergency response
Cover outside business hours, including where a failure cannot wait for Monday.
Every repair logged against the unit
Work recorded against the equipment record, not just against the site or the invoice.
Cost history that feeds the plan
Powerful ROI data when deciding whether repair or replacement is the right choice.
Escalation that knows the estate
For portfolio clients, one account manager who already knows the buildings and the equipment.

The statuses this page is about

Reactive work is where the middle rows get discovered. A unit that keeps generating calls is telling you its rating has moved, and the record is what makes that visible.

Questions we get

Is break-fix all you do?
No, and that is the point of the rest of this site. Reactive repair is a real service and we provide it, but a programme that only reacts is the one the capital plan exists to replace.
Do I need an agreement to call you?
No. Agreement clients get an account manager who already knows the estate, which shortens the first ten minutes of every emergency call considerably.
What gets recorded on a reactive call?
The work, the parts and the cost, against the specific unit rather than the building. That is what lets a repair-versus-replace decision later be made on evidence.
Will you work on equipment you did not install?
Yes. Most equipment we look after was installed by someone else, which is exactly why the assessment starts by inventorying what is actually there.

You can either plan your HVAC costs, or your HVAC system will plan them for you.
